1. No Return Policy
Since our products are consumable (spices and food items), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a refund or replacement:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the product
- Include your Order ID in the message
3. Refund Process
Once your request is verified:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
4. Replacement Policy
If applicable, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
